A small drawer box. My first exploration into the mechanics of drawers and sliding systems, developed through a simple wooden rail construction and assembled in Japanese black walnut with contrasting beech wood details.

Its rounded handle sits somewhere between functional element and small ornament, recalling both a domestic gesture and distant mountain-like forms. Designed for jewellery, notes or personal objects, the drawer approaches storage with simplicity and affection.
