inés designs furniture that celebrates the balance between heavy labor and gentle precision, revealing contrasts in her practice that invite deeper contemplation of the unseen order within our environments and the beauty found in overlooked spaces and shapes.
delving into the intrinsic qualities of materials, her collections arise from fine carpentry, primarily working with wood and complementing it with fabrics, resin, wax and elements that navigate the threshold between physical and digital realms.
trained as an architect, her work spans spatial interventions, sculpture, research and teaching, always in rhythm with her favourite place, the workshop, where her passion for machinery and tools shapes the way objects arise
