bubble gum lamp
trampoline collection
A gesture held in suspension. In contrast to Chimney lamps, this lamp does not only emerge from the ground but seems to blossom into space, opening itself through a blue sphere that softly interrupts its wooden body.
The piece explores a softer balance between solidity and lightness. The carved wooden body retains the weight and texture of the material, while its upper opening creates a small moment of release, making space for something more delicate to appear.
Handcrafted and carefully shaped, Bubble Gum introduces a more playful rhythm, the kind that appears once the rules have already been learned.
A familiar form made slightly unfamiliar; a piece that brings a gentle presence to the spaces it inhabits.
